Josh Lee is a Partner and national leader of Deloitte’s Healthcare Provider Strategy Practice. Based in Boston, he has extensive experience working across the healthcare eco-system including providers, academic centers, payers, manufacturers, the U.S. federal system, and globally in Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. In addition to strategy, he has deep expertise in organization design and capability building.
For over 10 years, Josh has served as executive advisor to Health Leads, an innovative social enterprise that mobilizes healthcare to address patients’ unmet social needs.
Among other responsibilities, he leads Deloitte’s U.S. work on the Social Determinants of Health, including authoring the firm’s recent report: How are Hospitals and Health Systems Investing in and Addressing Social Needs?
Josh received an MBA and Masters in Public Policy from the University of Chicago. He was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to study History in Germany. He graduated from Columbia University with a major in Philosophy. He lives in Concord, MA with his wife (a physician) and three children.
